Guidelines:

 ·       All practices must be scheduled in advance to receive our discounts 

·       A 50% deposit is due upon scheduling with balance due at first practice

·       Cancellations are to be done at least 24 hours in advance or practice will be lost

·       Practices are to be conducted under complete adult supervision

·       All athletes and coaches must complete our waiver and release form prior to their first practice. This is mandatory in order to practice.

·       All practices are good for (1) complete calendar year from purchase

·       No refunds!
